10 new weapons in 2022
When the leaves start to fall, many of us in the industry are eagerly awaiting the National Association of Sporting Goods Wholesalers (NASGW) show. This year, last year's Covid-19 pandemic finally caught up with friends and industrial partners who had not seen each other for a long time. The show will take a closer look at the new weapon, which will be shipping to dealers in the first few months of 2022. Despite the dual challenge of record arms sales across the country and a slowdown in supply chains, some manufacturers are continuing to expand their catalogs. Let's take a look at some of the models featured.

American Tactical (AT) currently offers the Alpha-15 (above). This is an affordable AR-15 carbine that is lighter than many rifles in its class. Equipped with a 16-inch pencil body, it tilts the scale by just 5.51 pounds with no load. This weight reduction is achieved through the heavy use of carbon fiber-filled polymer components such as upper and lower receivers, buffer tubes, triggers and the 8th MLOK forend. Comes with a folding polymer assembly, 6-way adjustable shoulder rest, American Tactical 30-round magazine, A2 lightning suppressor, and an MSRP of $ 499.95.
AT also offers Omega models (below). Made in partnership with ET Arms Inc. of Arizona, it is based on the same receiver and buffer tube kit as the Alpha-15. It includes other components like a 15-inch MLOK aluminum cuff and an ATIS R-1 shoulder rest, which weighs 6 pounds for an MSRP of $ 630 unloaded.
Bond Arms is known for its reliable double-barreled pistols with interchangeable barrels in various lengths and calibers. Available in a sturdy stainless steel configuration that can safely handle large diameters, customers are looking for a lighter and thinner model for greater convenience. The new Stinger range is the company's answer to this demand.

That year, Bushmaster International Arms reopened under new control. The team was busy working on various resurrections of the company's famous AR model rifle. One of the newer versions that caught our attention is the .450 Bushmaster Lite, which is hosted in the .450 Bushmaster. This lightweight model is designed to be comfortable to carry when hunting deer, bears and pigs and greatly reduces the perceived recoil of this large diameter cartridge. Features include a Snake Charmer muzzle brake, a 20-inch barrel, a 14-inch BFI-Free Float handguard, a 2-stage DM2S trigger, a 5-round aluminum magazine and an A2 fixed stock. The MSRP for this Bushmaster rifle is $ 1,329.99.
Century weapons Canic METE.
Century Arms is expanding its line of popular Canik polymer frame semi-automatic pistols with the METE (pronounced Met-Ay) series of 9mm SFT and SFx models. Based on the Canik TP series, these guns contain enhancements based on customer and engineer feedback. This includes a built-in signal shaft, an inclined visor for one-handed emergency operation, a newly designed beaver tail and optical guides. Each pistol comes with 18 and 20 round magazines in a lockable hard case with holsters and other accessories. 4.42 “The SFT with barrel has a recommended retail price of 520 US dollars. The SFx model, with the longer 5.2-inch barrel and ventilated breech, is priced at $ 575.
Christensen Arms Ridgeline Scout.
Christensen Arms of Gunnison, Utah specializes in the manufacture of prestigious precision bolt action rifles and custom carbon fiber barrels. The latest model from this company is the Ridgeline Scout. This is a special bolt action rifle that is the best of the Ridgeline series too Ridgeline Scout. It is a specially designed bolt action that combines the best features of the company's Ridgeline series into a more compact Scout rifle configuration. Features include a black nitride coated slide, barricade lock, 10-round AICS box magazine and flat-shoe Trigger Tech trigger. The rifle is constructed from a light brown and black carbon fiber Sporter composite material and is equipped with a 0 MOA optical rail for the scope of your choice. Caliber options include .223 Rem., .300 BLK, 6.5mm Creedmoor and .308 Win. with a suggested retail price of $ 2,200.
EAA Girsan MC P35.
The European American Armory (EAA) pays homage to one of the most widely used 9mm military pistols in the world, the iconic Hi Power or John Browning P-35. The latest version of this classic pistol from EAA is the Girsan MC P35, manufactured in Turkey. This short recoil pistol retains the sleek, slim profile of the original with an all-steel construction, matte black finish and a 4.625-inch barrel.
The traditional trigger allows you to briefly pull the trigger and is available even with gloves. The toothed ring hammer cocks easily and does not grip the shooting hand as tightly as the original hammer. Double magazines hold 15 instead of 13 rounds. Other features include an external extractor, dovetail scope, reversible thumb safety arm, magazine release safety device, and textured black polymer grips. The MC P35 has a retail price of $ 528.

Inland Manufacturing insists on leaving us in the dark as to what comes next. While the company is known for its fully functional replicas of WWII rifles, shotguns and pistols, the company will offer an unusual rimfire cartridge for the AR-15 carbine next year. The SLT-17 and SLT-22 carry .17 HMR and .22 WMR cartridges, respectively.
These gas powered tops utilize Michael Garrow's patented ball bearing interlocking design. The SLT breech is designed to prevent firing if the breech is not fully closed to avoid the risk of liner rupture that occurs with some recoil breech designs. Other features include a stainless steel barrel, threaded muzzle and free-floating aluminum grip. The SLT top comes with resin magazines that fit the Mil-Spec 5.56mm NATO and .223 Rem. Lower receiver AR-15. Make sure they ship in Spring 2022 for $ 645 MSRP.
Kalashnikov USA chaos.
In the same year, the USA Kalashnakov gave us a pre-production prototype of its 12-gauge version without the NFA to try. Firearms. Like the Mossberg Shockwave 12-ga, it has a curved bird-head style grip, a 14 "short barrel, and an overall length of 26". But that's where the similarities end. The Kalashnakov proposal, dubbed Chaos, is a semi-automatic proposal based on the KS-12T shotgun of the company's AK design. This gas spray gun is powered from replaceable magazines for 5 or 10 cartridges. Chaos will also pioneer new one-handed control technology. On most AK shotguns, the bolt must be locked open in order to insert a fully loaded magazine into the receiver. The bolt of this weapon is designed to be reloaded with the bolt closed. An official start date and pricing for the Chaos has yet to be set.
Howa Elevate imported by Legacy Sports International.
Legacy Sports International imports a wide range of useful sporting weapons, including high quality bolt action rifles from Howa in Japan. This year the company is expanding its catalog of lightweight Howa 1500 models in various calibers. These new options include the Carbon Elevate, which claims a curb weight of just 4.2 lbs. Available in 6.5mm Grendal, .308 Win., 6.5mm Creedmoor or 6.5mm PRC, the Elevate features a feather-light carbon fiber shaft with camouflage finish. It also features a carbon fiber shielded barrel, threaded muzzle, H.A.C.T. two-stage trigger, belt swivel and removable magazine. The price will be announced.
20th anniversary of Magnum Research BFR.
Magnum Research celebrates two decades of making the finest revolver (BFR) with an exclusive anniversary edition. The handcrafted 20th Anniversary BFR is part limited edition, only 20 pistols are produced. It is built on the original long barrel receiver with a chamber for .45-70 Gov't like the first production shotguns. Made entirely from brushed stainless steel, these revolvers have a full octagonal barrel with a custom made e-rod body and base pin. The traditional plow stick frame has smooth white plastic grip plates. The outer surfaces are adorned with elegant swirls from Tyler Gun Works. The revolvers come with a wooden case and a signed letter of authenticity for an MSRP of $ 7,200.
